THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with over 20 offices in 10 states, is seeking a Professional Liability Associate to join their New York practice. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work on a variety of litigation matters, including professional liability and general litigation. The firm offers a robust mentoring program to support professional and business development.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for this position should be admitted to practice in New York and have 3-5 years of litigation experience in conducting discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Strong writing and strategic thinking skills are also necessary, along with experience in civil litigation areas such as general liability, professional liability, and insurance defense. Dual admittance in Connecticut is highly desirable.

THE BENEFITS

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $165,000, with potential adjustments based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
