Hall Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman is currently seeking a senior-level health law attorney with experience in Medicare Reimbursement Appeals and Litigation, as well as related payment and policy matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of health care providers and organizations, providing counsel on regulatory changes, payment disputes, and reimbursement issues.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and develop Medicare administrative appeals and compliance strategies for health care providers
- Represent hospitals and other providers in payment matters before the PRRB and in court
- Counsel clients on regulatory changes and payment disputes
- Analyze reimbursement issues impacting health care organizations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medicare Reimbursement Appeals and Litigation
- Experience with PRRB highly preferred
- Strong understanding of health care regulations and policies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

This position can be located in any of Hall Render's office locations or can potentially be remote, depending on individual skill set and experience. The firm is open to considering individuals or groups, including groups with non-attorney professionals. A portable book of business is not required for consideration.
