  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with employee benefits and executive compensation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar (or ability to waive in).
  • 3+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
  • High level of academic achievement.
  • Prior experience in a law firm environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar (or ability to waive in).

Skills:
