The candidate will maintain inventory, providing clients with strong communication, evaluation and assessment skills necessary to bring workers' compensation claims to conclusions by settlement or trial in a cost-effective manner. Experience as a worker's compensation defense attorney is preferred. Bar admission is required. Must be an intelligent, hardworking, and aggressive litigator.
