Richards, Watson & Gershon (“RWG”), a law firm, is looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney to join their Labor and Employment Department. This position is based in California and requires a minimum of 5+ years of labor and employment experience.

- Experience representing public agencies
- Knowledge of Cal/OSHA and workers’ compensation laws
- Labor negotiation experience
- Litigation experience
- California Bar membership
- Superior research and writing skills

**Compensation**

The salary range for this California-based role is $143,500 – 195,000. Actual compensation offered will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, familiarity with relevant subject matters, labor and employment and litigation skill set, and business origination. In addition to salaried compensation, the Firm provides annual discretionary and billable hours bonuses, and a robust offering of health insurance and other benefits.

Candidates will be considered for the Firm’s Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, or Sacramento offices.
