Law firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level/senior associate to join its Debt Finance group. Candidates must have between 5 and 8 years of experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth.

##Qualifications

Candidates applying for associate positions with law firm should have the following qualifications:

* Outstanding academic credentials
* Comparable law firm experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)

##Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

* Drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents
* Representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth
