Law Firm Seeks Associate Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1-3 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

- Represent injured plaintiff-employees in North Carolina workers' compensation cases
- Provide legal advice and representation throughout all stages of the case
- Assist injured plaintiffs in obtaining benefits under the NC Workers' Compensation Act
- Litigate cases at various levels, including Deputy Commissioner, Full Commission, and Court of Appeals
- Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Prepare briefs for hearings and appeals

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- North Carolina law license
- 1-3 years of experience in a law firm, preferably with workers' compensation experience
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office and willingness to learn new software
- Experience with Litify software is a plus

In this role, you will represent injured plaintiff-employees in North Carolina workers' compensation cases and provide legal advice and representation throughout all stages of the case.

H2: Responsibilities
