Responsibilities:
As a Practice Support Team Specialist (Litigation Legal Assistant), you will be responsible for providing administrative support to assigned attorneys in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Your duties will include coordinating workflow, preparing legal documents, managing schedules, assisting with accounting functions, processing new client/matter intake, and providing general administrative support. You will also work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate effective communication and teamwork, and effectively use team software to manage workflow.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2-year degree preferred
- 3-5 years of legal experience with a heavy focus on Commercial Litigation law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
- Previous transcription experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
The Law Firm offers competitive compensation based on skills, experience, and location. The expected salary range for this position in Colorado is $49,000 - $88,000. In addition to salary, employees receive benefits such as medical and dental coverage, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, a flexible spending account, an employee assistance program, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement plan program eligibility, and more.
