In this role, you will primarily represent international and domestic insurers in a variety of liability policies, including commercial general liability, excess liability, D&O liability, employment practices liability, professional liability, and environmental liability. You may also have the opportunity to defend commercial litigation matters in product liability, premises liability, and transportation.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of litigation experience and be admitted to practice in Texas. Complex insurance coverage litigation experience and federal court experience are a plus. Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to handle time-sensitive and complex matters.
