Duties

  • Represent buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions.

  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger documents, and ancillary deal contracts.

  • Assist with private equity and venture capital investments.

  • Advise clients on corporate governance, restructuring, and general corporate maintenance.

  • Support securities compliance, filings, and transactional matters.

  • Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction execution from LOI to closing.

  • Work closely with partners and clients on fast-paced and complex deal work.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of corporate or M&A experience.

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills for high-volume transactional work.

  • Experience handling or supporting M&A, PE, or VC transactions.

  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.

  • A deal sheet is typically required for submission.
