Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Litigation Department in any of our California offices: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Monica, or Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate must have experience in commercial litigation, as well as experience handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, and managing document review. In court experience is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required for this position.

- Experience in commercial litigation
