Overview:

Foster LLP, a leading immigration law firm in the US, is seeking attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration for its Houston office. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and writing skills, foreign language proficiency, and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume business environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement case strategies for Immigrant and Non-immigrant visa applications
- File family-based petitions, naturalization, and citizenship cases
- Supervise and collaborate with legal staff
- Conduct presentations and trainings on immigration topics for clients and staff
- Conduct research on US and Global immigration law and procedures
- Represent clients in all aspects of immigration law
- Communicate with clients and global partners of the firm
- Manage and prioritize a high volume caseload
- Maintain case records and generate reports using the firm's case tracking system

Minimum Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in good standing
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Fluency in a foreign language (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in employment-based immigration with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, and E visas
- Strong writing, organizational, and research skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume business immigration work environment
