Summary:
SunPower, a leading solar solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Consumer Finance Paralegal to join its legal team. This remote position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting and a Bachelor's degree.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist consumer finance attorney in ensuring compliance with consumer laws and regulations
- Organize and maintain database of documents
- Act as liaison between attorneys, outside counsel, and internal team members
- Conduct legal research and respond to inquiries
- Provide administrative support and participate in department initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in law firm and/or in-house setting
- Good business judgment and high ethical standards
- Familiarity with new technologies and computing programs
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and quick learning attitude
- Experience with reviewing and drafting consumer contracts

Preferred Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification
- Ability to travel domestically as needed
- Must be legally entitled to work and reside in the United States
- Notary public preferred

Salary Information:
The base pay for this position ranges from $88,451/year in the lowest geographic market up to $159,212/year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors such as market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total package, including annual bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program.
