Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 2-7 years of experience to assist with general liability and employment matters. Have experience drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and trial/arbitration preparation. Requirements include a high level of academic achievement, strong oral advocacy and writing skills, and law firm experience with billable hour requirements. Law journal, moot court or mock trial experience preferred. Admission to practice in Nevada is required. Admission to practice in California is a plus.
