Duties:

  • Oversee and actively participate in transfer tax planning and drafting for clients.

  • Manage the overall operation and growth of the estate planning practice.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advice.
  • Collaborate with other partners and attorneys to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to estate planning.
  • Represent the firm in professional and community engagements to promote the practice.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California, or the ability to pass the California Bar exam.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in transfer tax planning and drafting.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring associates and managing a practice.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California, or the ability to pass the California Bar exam.
