Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, a law firm based in New Jersey, is currently seeking a full-time attorney to join their Commercial Litigation and Employment Law Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment and be ready to take on interesting and complex legal matters. This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to advance their career and work on high-profile cases.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of commercial litigation and employment law cases
- Conduct jury trials and argue complex motions
- Take extensive depositions
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience practicing commercial litigation and/or employment law

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload
- Business development skills and ability to bring in new clients is a plus
