This is a great opportunity for an attorney with experience in real property litigation to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a highly skilled group of legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your real property litigation experience to handle client matters related to title insurance, land development, and lending
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and assist with trial preparation
- Provide excellent client service and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

- Strong academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills
- Knowledge of title to real property in Florida and the real estate industry is helpful
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and motivated to excel in real property litigation

Compensation:
- Salary range: $155,000 - $185,000
