Job Description

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Document Review Attorney for their Alaska office. The attorney must be barred and residing in Alaska, and will primarily assist with E-Discovery and document review on mass tort and class action cases. The attorney may also handle other tasks, such as deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting.

Responsibilities

- Perform substantive document review on hosted platforms such as Relativity and DISCO
- Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
- Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs and challenges to privilege
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

- Active member in good standing with the Alaska State Bar Association
