- Seeking a highly qualified attorney to join the Mass Torts Practice Group in Los Angeles, CA.
- Will handle all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, mediation, motions practice, and trial.

Responsibilities:
- Assigned cases in a team setting led by seasoned litigators.
- Analyze and strategize how to handle each case in collaboration with other litigators in the Mass Torts Practice Group.
- Investigate, conduct research, and apply laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure to defend clients and reach successful resolutions.
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with paralegals, legal practice assistants, and staff.
- Willingness to travel for depositions, court appearances, and other proceedings as necessary.

Requirements:
- Excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- 2 to 5 years of previous law firm experience involving toxic tort, product liability, personal injury, and/or complex litigation matters.
- Pre-trial discovery experience.
