## Construction Associate (Transactional)

Law Firm Thompson Hine LLP is looking for a transactional associate to join its Construction group. The associate will be based in any of its Ohio offices: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton.

### Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have two to six years of experience in the negotiation and drafting of design and construction agreements. Familiarity with industry standard construction and design forms is preferred but not required. Real estate development, large industrial capital projects and/or construction claims resolution experience is a plus. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships.
