In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, providing them with comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions. You will also be responsible for acquiring new clients through business development and expanding services. Key Responsibilities: - Meet revenue growth, profitability, and client retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing clients - Utilize your external network and community presence to acquire new business - Be the expert level "market moving" advisor, handling the most challenging, sensitive, and complex banking relationships - Focus on targeted prospecting and developing relationships with external referral sources - Work with various specialists and partners to deliver solutions to clients' financial needs - Be a team player, collaborating with other Wealth Advisors and Wealth Associates - Act as a culture champion, aligned with Truist's Purpose, Mission, and Values - Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external centers of influence - Stay updated on economic, legal, financial planning, and investment trends - Serve as a personal financial planning/advisory resource for clients, attorneys, and CPAs - Maintain appropriate risk and compliance controls - Use sound judgment on expense and operational efficiency Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required - FINRA: Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable - 8 or more years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management - Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high net and ultra-high net worth clients with complex credit and banking needs - Advanced credit knowledge and experience in complex credit deals - Proficiency in deposit, credit, and investment products - Successful background in a goal-based, results-driven, sales environment - Ability to thrive in a team setting - Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office - Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics - CFP preferred or CTFA, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA - Completion or enrollment in certification programs such as CFA, CFP, CPWA, and CPA - 5 or more years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management - Graduate of a leadership or management development program Benefits: - Competitive salary - Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit plans - Generous vacation, sick days, and paid holidays - Eligibility for Truist's defined benefit pension plan, restricted stock units, and/or deferred compensation plan (depending on position and division) Don't miss this opportunity to join Truist Wealth and make a difference in clients' lives.
