Civil Litigation Attorney (All Locations)
The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. Should have demonstrated litigation experience including attending court hearings, arbitration, and mediations and in taking and defending depositions as well as in drafting discovery and contractual agreements. Trial experience is desired. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Partnership opportunities are available. California Bar membership is required. Should have strong writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
