Import Attorney
The candidate must have experience in international trade and Customs law (5+ years in import law required). Should have experience in tariff classification, valuation, preference programs and other import laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal, time management and writing skills are required. Must be comfortable with direct contact with clients and have the ability to prioritize client requests and meet deadlines. Should have the ability to work independently but with support and direction from the team leader and other subject matter experts and attorneys on the team.
