We are seeking an experienced Attorney with 6-8 years of experience handling complex litigation in state and federal forums. The successful candidate should have a strong background in commercial disputes, superior writing and communication skills and a proven track record of success in the industry.

##Job Responsibilities

The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for the following:

- Handle complex litigation in state and federal forums
- Represent clients in commercial disputes
- Demonstrate knowledge of various types of claims and industries
- Possess superior writing and communication skills
- Provide high-quality legal services to clients

##Qualifications

- 6-8 years of experience in complex litigation
- Experience in commercial disputes
- Knowledge of various types of claims and industries
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong academic record

##Compensation and Benefits

Phillips Lytle offers a competitive salary range of $140,000-$175,000 per year for this position. Other benefits include a bonus program, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, basic group life AD&D insurance, voluntary life & AD&D insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k & Roth plan options with employer match, flexible spending account plan options, 10 annual holidays and paid time off.
