Bernicky Law Firm is currently looking for an of counsel or per diem/contract attorney to handle Family Law matters for the firm. This is a part-time/contract position with a flexible schedule and pay up to per hour.

##H2#Qualifications

Applicants must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience and be licensed in Illinois. They should also be knowledgeable in Word, Outlook, Adobe and court filing systems. Knowledge of Smokeball is a huge plus.

##H2#Responsibilities

The attorney’s duties will include consulting, reviewing, researching, preparing and drafting complaints, notices, petitions, motions and responses as well as attending hearings.

##H2#Clientele

The majority of clients needing family law assistance are from no/low-income homes, many of them referred to us by non-profit agencies with whom we have a discounted hourly fee agreement. We anticipate these agreements to continue to grow quickly. Many of these clients come from destructive situations and are looking to get a fresh start and may need assistance obtaining a divorce, alimony, child support, determining parentage, or amending previously entered agreements. Bernicky Law Firm compassionately assists them with the various areas of the law (financial, traffic, criminal, estate planning, family law, etc.) to help ensure everything is in order so that they can have successes going forward.
