Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Handle trial preparation, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Utilize e-discovery software to manage and review case documents
- Utilize exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills to represent clients
- Maintain strong academic credentials and a solid work ethic
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:
- Active California Bar license
- 5+ years of litigation practice experience
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong academic credentials and solid work ethic
