Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with over 20 offices in 10 states, is seeking a talented and experienced Transactional Associate to join our Corporate Law and Transactions practice group. This full-time position is available in our Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse office and offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000-$150,000, with potential for adjustments based on experience and other job-related factors.

As a Transactional Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including commercial real estate and leasing, agreement drafting, corporate and not for profit formations, estate planning and administration, will drafting, and business counseling and advice. Our firm has a strong mentoring program in place to support your professional and business development, providing you with the resources and opportunities to thrive and succeed.

To be considered for this position, candidates must be licensed to practice in New York and have at least 6 years of relevant experience. We are looking for individuals with excellent analytical, legal, oral, and written communication skills, who can effectively balance legal and business risk.
