Location: San Diego or Del Mar Heights office

Overview:
- Procopio is seeking a talented and experienced Labor & Employment Associate to join their highly successful team in either their San Diego or Del Mar Heights office.
- This is an excellent opportunity to join an AmLaw 200 Firm and receive substantial client contact, practice development, and professional growth opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in single plaintiff employment litigation, as well as wage and hour class and representative actions experience.
- Some counseling experience is preferred.
- The preferred location for this position is either the San Diego or Del Mar Heights office.

Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the California bar and have excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing, verbal, analytical, and research skills are required.
- Past experience in moot court and/or law review or law journals is preferred.
- Judicial clerkship is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Handle routine court appearances with ease.
- Participate in depositions and mediations.
- Provide counseling to clients.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Work closely with clients and team members.

Salary Information:
- Typical salary range is from $205,000 to $250,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
