This position requires an advanced degree in biology or chemistry, along with 7-8 years of experience in patent counseling and prosecution for biotech/pharma clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for an intellectual challenge without sacrificing a rewarding work-life balance, has high standards for themselves and others, and is attentive to detail. They must also have a desire for growth and the ability to manage their work and schedule proactively. As a Senior Patent Associate at Biospark, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of patent matters and apply your experience in a supportive, small firm environment. You will also have the chance to develop close relationships with clients and influence and improve processes within the expanding firm.
