Duties:

  • Draft legal documents such as complaints, briefs, motions, and contracts about labor law cases.

  • Collaborate with clients, other attorneys, and legal support staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence.
  • Continuing licensure for law practice must be maintained during employment.
  • Completion of formal studies in labor law is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in labor law/employment law, focusing on labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns.
  • An outstanding academic record is preferred.
