Law Firm is seeking a Securities Lit & Enforcement Senior Associate

##Job Requirements

Law Firm is looking for a Senior Associate with four to seven years post-JD experience (not including clerkships) and who has experience handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations and other white collar and regulatory enforcement as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters. Positions are open in Washington, DC, New York, San Francisco and Palo Alto. Candidates in other WilmerHale US offices may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.

##Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

- degree
- Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
- Experience in regulatory (., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, Office of the Attorney General) enforcement organization preferred
- Strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
