Clark Hill, PLC is an AmLaw 200 law firm with 26 offices across the United States, Ireland, and Mexico. We are actively seeking an experienced attorney with 4-6 years of construction litigation experience to join our Construction Business Unit in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA.

The ideal candidate for this role will have trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience, as well as strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Prior experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is preferred, and experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus.

**Qualifications:**
- ABA-accredited law school degree
- Currently licensed to practice law in California
- Excellent analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organized
- Strong work ethic

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Salary range of $140,000 - $165,000 annually
