## Financial Restructuring – Junior Level Associate
Law Firm is seeking an experienced associate with 1–2 years of top tier law firm experience to join their Financial Restructuring Group in New York City. The ideal candidate should have broad experience in out-of-court and in-court restructurings, and a solid understanding of the Bankruptcy Code and Article 9 secured transactions.

### Qualifications

- 1–2 years of top tier law firm experience
- Broad experience in out-of-court and in-court restructurings
- Drafting plans, disclosure statements and plan support agreements
- Involvement in 363 sales, analysis and drafting of intercreditor and subordination agreements
- Analysis of, and participating in, ligation of, claw back actions
- Analysis of leases, executory contracts, and intellectual property licenses
- Solid understanding of the Bankruptcy Code and Article 9 secured transactions
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Relevant bar admission required
