Job Title: Private Client Advisor II
Location: Brooklyn, New York

Responsibilities:

* Lead the Client Management Process within the client team to identify new business development opportunities
* Source new clients in alignment with the bank's risk appetite
* Deliver a Branded Client Experience by providing access to the full array of Private Bank and bank's capabilities and services to meet specific client needs
* Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy
* Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing integrated recommendations for wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management
* Encourage the use of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience
* Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence

Required Skills:

* 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience or equivalent financial services/business experience
* Proven track record of driving new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets)
* Ability to present a holistic approach and leverage the entire Private Bank platform to clients
* High touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership skills and ability to identify opportunities for client engagement
* Proactive and able to close business
* Solutions-oriented with sales and financial aptitude
* Skilled negotiator
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and identify the need for team specialists
* Takes on a leadership role within the team and business community
* Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required (may obtain licenses after start - unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date)

Desired Skills:

* MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
* CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD a significant plus
