Responsibilities:

- Work on patent litigation cases as part of the Intellectual Property group
- Draft legal documents and responses to motions
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis
- Assist with trial preparation and strategy
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience working on patent litigation cases
- Strong understanding of patent law and legal research skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred, but not required
- Admission to state bar and/or ability to waive into state bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Second or third chair experience preferred
