Boyd & Jenerette, a diverse and experienced civil litigation law firm, is seeking a non-equity Partner in the Maitland/Greater Orlando area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Attorney looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel to existing clients and develop new client relationships
- Conduct legal research, draft documents and pleadings, and consult with clients and experts
- Represent clients in court and depositions
- Oversee associate attorneys and serve as a mentor or advisor
- Prepare for and attend hearings and other legal proceedings
- Analyze conflicts and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, paralegals, and support staff
- Maintain client files and meet expectations for billing goals

Requirements & Competencies:

- At least 7 years of experience in insurance defense and construction defect law
- Florida Bar Admission
- Judicial clerkship experience or strong research, writing, and legal analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
