Location: El Paso
Salary Range: $44,117 - $54,292 per annum
Experience: High school graduate or equivalent with at least 2 years of general experience and 1 year of specialized experience. Higher education may be substituted for experience.
Duties: Provide secretarial and clerical support to 3 or more attorneys, maintain attorneys' calendars and case files, prepare legal documents and correspondence, perform conflict checks, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish-language fluency required
- Law office experience preferred
- Must pass a satisfactory background investigation, including an FBI name and fingerprint check
