Job Overview: A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in government investigations, internal investigations, and white-collar/regulatory matters. The ideal candidate should possess superior academic credentials from a top law school, excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills, along with fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or German.

Duties:

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to government investigations, internal investigations, and white-collar/regulatory matters.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of legal strategies for client matters.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients on various legal issues.
• Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on case management and strategy development.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience handling government investigations, internal investigations, and white-collar/regulatory matters.
• Superior academic credentials from a top law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or German.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
