LITIGATION INTAKE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Job Description:

The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service while adhering to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession. They will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the signing up of new clients, development of assigned matters, analysis of legal issues individual to each case, demand review, negotiations on behalf of clients, initial litigation, resolution of matters, and disbursement of client funds.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sign up new clients: The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will be responsible for signing up new clients and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

2. Development of assigned matters: They will work closely with the assigned attorney to develop and strategize on assigned cases, ensuring that all necessary information and evidence is gathered and analyzed.

3. Analysis of legal issues: The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will conduct thorough legal research and analysis on individual cases to identify key legal issues and develop a strong case strategy.

4. Demand review: They will review and analyze demand packages from opposing counsel and negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements.

5. Initial litigation: The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will assist with initial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

6. Resolution of matters: They will work with the assigned attorney to resolve cases through settlements or trials, always keeping the best interests of the client in mind.

7. Disbursement of client funds: The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will ensure that all client funds are properly disbursed and accounted for, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

1. JD degree and licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing.

2. 0-3 years of personal injury experience.

3. Bilingual (Spanish a plus).

4. Must have a valid TX driver's license and good driving record.
