Gunster, a leading law firm in Florida, is currently seeking an experienced international tax and estate planning associate to join their Private Wealth Services & Tax practice groups in the bustling city of Miami. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to advance their career and work with some of the best in the field.

Mentorship with Experienced International Tax Attorneys:
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with Gunster's team of experienced international tax attorneys. This mentorship opportunity will allow you to learn and grow as a professional, while gaining valuable insights and knowledge in the field of tax and estate planning.

Experience with High-Net-Worth Clients and International Tax Compliance:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in . income, gift, and estate tax planning for ultra-high-net-worth . and . clients. Additionally, knowledge of . pre-immigration, inbound and outbound tax planning, and international tax compliance is required. Familiarity with CFC, PFIC, GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, and foreign non-grantor trust taxation regimes is also preferred.

Admission to FL Bar and Large Firm Training:
Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar in order to be considered for this role. Those with previous large firm training and an excellent academic background will be given preference.
