Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, a top 150 law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their busy Homeowners Association and Condominium Law practice. This position is available in either the Dallas, Texas or San Antonio, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in collections and foreclosures, residential real estate and corporate law, with bonus points for experience working with community associations.

- Handle collections and foreclosures, residential real estate, and corporate law matters

Qualifications:

- . degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- Prior experience in collections and foreclosures, residential real estate, and corporate law preferred
- Knowledge of Homeowners Association and Condominium Law a plus
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
