Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Michigan state bar
1-3 years of experience practicing commercial litigation
Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and adversaries.
