- Communicate with insurance companies and attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Utilize superb negotiation skills and proactive problem-solving approach to achieve the best results for clients.

Requirements & Skills:

- Must be a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in first party property damage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate claims and handle negotiations.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
