Law Firm Seeking Corporate Associate in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh

We are currently seeking an Associate for our Corporate Practice Group in either our Philadelphia or Pittsburgh office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5-7 years of experience and a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, and general contract matters.

Qualifications and Benefits

To be considered for this position, applicants must have 5-7 years of experience in general corporate and business transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive work attitude, and the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously. Applicants must also be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and be in good standing.
