## Associate Attorney at Lieberman, Blecher & Gershenson (LBS)
Lieberman, Blecher & Gershenson (LBS) is currently looking for an associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience, and a preferred background in environmental/land use law. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to develop their own cases under the guidance of experienced practitioners.

At LBS, attorneys provide services to a wide array of clients and engage in both litigation and transactional work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing litigation cases and resolving legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court. The associate attorney should also be able to maintain client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal support to clients and assist senior attorneys
- Maintain client relationships
- Engage in all aspects of litigation
- Draft and negotiate contracts and transactional documents

**Qualifications:**

- Required
- NJ Bar admission or pending bar results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
