## Akerman LLP Seeks Experienced Corporate Associate

Akerman LLP is seeking an experienced corporate associate with 3 to 5 years of private equity, venture capital and joint venture transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and organizational skills, as well as excellent academic credentials. This position can be located in any Akerman office and requires Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.

### Qualifications

* Must possess 3 to 5 years of private equity, venture capital and joint venture transactional experience
* Must possess strong drafting and organizational skills
* Must possess excellent academic credentials
* Must possess Am Law 100 law firm experience
* Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
