## Entertainment/Technology Transactional Staff Attorney

Frost Brown Todd is a full-service AM Law 200 firm looking for a staff attorney with corporate transactional experience to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position will primarily entail representing clients in the entertainment industry and drafting, revising, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of vendor and/or entertainment transactions.

### Job Description

The Entertainment/Technology Transactional Staff Attorney will have the following responsibilities:

- Represent clients in the entertainment field and draft, revise, review, and negotiate a wide variety of vendor and/or entertainment transactions including software and services agreements, consulting, music production, etc.

- Work with clients to understand their business needs and ensure that all contracts are in line with the client's objectives.

- Advise clients on legal issues related to entertainment law and transactions.

- Provide guidance to clients on contract interpretation and dispute resolution.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry contacts, and other attorneys.

- Participate in continuing legal education courses to stay up-to-date on entertainment law developments.

### Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- A minimum of three years of corporate transactional experience.

- A good academic record.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Knowledge of entertainment law and transactions.

- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry contacts, and other attorneys.

- Ability to stay up-to-date on entertainment law developments.
