• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity within a law firm.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in the state of Missouri.

Education:
