Senior Business Litigation Attorney
The candidate will report to our Litigation Partner. Draft, review and revise pleadings, discovery, motions and deliver practical advice. Attend court conferences, take depositions and argue motions, as your skills grow. Lead by example: with your work ethic, constructive feedback, and positive attitude. Have significant client contact. Be involved in client development and the growth of the firm. A stellar attorney with at least 12 full years of experience litigating commercial disputes required. Licensed to practice law in New York required. Experienced in drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and motions required.
