Overview:
- Fox Rothschild LLP is a dynamic and growing law firm with an opening for a Labor and Employment Associate in our San Francisco, CA office.
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual with one to two years of relevant experience to join our Labor & Employment Department.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious attorney to develop their legal skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
- Experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to take direction from partners and work on litigation matters.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
- Standard office equipment, such as computers, telephones, printers, and copiers, will be used on a regular basis.

Compensation & Benefits:
- The salary range for this position is highly competitive and reflects a variety of factors such as experience, education, licensure, and geographic location.
- A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $190,000 - $207,500.
